We are the American Newspaper Digital Access Corporation, a company formed by, governed by and for the benefit of Newspaper companies in North America. The company was formed by a coalition of publishers and state newspaper association managers meeting in Kansas City in November of 2009. The group, the Multi-State Digital Task Force, identified the need newspapers across America were facing and set out to create an entity to bring value to newspaper content while protecting it from unauthorized use.
